Domestic Shipping Policy for Sanare Supplements
Thank you for shopping with Sanare Supplements!
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Fridays or during weekends will be processed on the next business day (Monday), excluding holidays.
Please note, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing shipments. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time: It typically takes 5 to 15 business days for products to arrive after shipment, depending on your location.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sanare Supplements is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and other customs costs, are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages
Sanare Supplements is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is received in a damaged condition, please file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries
We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure that it is a valid address for delivery. If we are unable to verify the address, we will attempt to contact you for an updated address.
If the address cannot be updated in time, the order may be canceled and refunded. Sanare Supplements will not be held responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
7. Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your order shows as delivered by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, please contact us immediately by email. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and may involve local law enforcement as needed.
Once the investigation is complete, we will either replace or refund your order. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to be finalized.
8. Shipping Delays
Due to high demand and ongoing supply chain disruptions, shipping times may take longer than usual. We ask that you please allow an additional 1–4 business days for order processing, and be aware that delivery may take longer than usual.
