Return and Refund Policy for Sanare Supplements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sanare Supplements. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must also provide receipt or proof of purchase.
A restocking fee of $5 per returned order will apply and will be deducted from your reimbursement.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, etc.)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have, and once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. The item must meet the same return conditions as above: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
